根據2001年秋天，阮美姝女士與助理訪問住在台北松山機場旁邊眷村的林明珠，全程錄影、錄音紀錄（參照《幽暗角落的泣聲》p. 341-44），對照2006年3月6日聯合報A4版之報導，差異整理如下（紅字為原新聞報導內容，藍字為阮美姝女士的調查，且小弟也已看過相關影音、文字記錄，確認無誤）： 林江邁之女 原爆人物談228衝突【記者蔡惠萍�畍M訪】 林江邁，這個無意間引爆二二八事件轟天巨火的寡婦菸販，成為後來研究二二八文獻中必然被反覆提及的名字，但卻少人追查林江邁的下落。對於自己在某一個程度上成了改寫台灣戰後史的關鍵人物，她的感受是什麼？她又是如何看待二二八事件？ 一九四七年二月廿七日，那個影響台灣往後一甲子的關鍵夜晚，跟著林江邁一起賣菸的十歲小女兒林明珠，如今已是七旬老嫗。 幾乎未曾在媒體前曝光的林明珠接受本報專訪，回溯當晚在「天馬茶房」走廊下所發生的事；身為二二八事件「原爆點」的林明珠，顛覆了許多二二八文獻上的記載，她指二二八根本不是從查緝私菸而起，更非「外省人欺壓本省人」，純粹是出自語言溝通不良所產生的糾紛。 （二二八事件的引爆不是語言溝通不良引起，而是當時國民政府施政失當，台灣民怨深積的結果，當然是外省人欺壓本省人。） 「我媽媽是一個歹命的查某！」林明珠如此總結林江邁的一生。林明珠是在父親過世後七個月才出生，林江邁身懷六甲時還不到卅歲，在大家族的妯娌間飽受欺凌。因此，林江邁隻身從桃園龜山來到台北市，為在延平北路開茶行的公婆煮飯，後來茶行結束經營，林江邁就近在延平北路當時台北市最繁華的大稻埕賣菸。 當時，剛光復的國府並沒有發放賣菸執照，因此並沒所謂的公私菸之分。（當時有專賣局的公菸與走私的私菸之分，專賣局也發放賣菸執照，林江邁也有菸牌。）林江邁只是當時在天馬茶房「亭仔腳」為數眾多的菸販之一。 一九四七年二月廿七日，一如往昔的黃昏時刻，放了學的林明珠跑到天馬茶房，「太平町」繁華的夜晚正要開始。當時雖是冬夜，但天還沒全暗，林明珠照例捧著菸盒四處兜售， （事發當時在場的是時年十一、二歲的哥哥林文山，而非林明珠。林明珠更早之前的說法是她當年只有十歲，並無太多記憶。）林江邁則是在離她十幾公尺外。 這時，一個配槍的阿兵哥身影靠近了她，拿起菸盒裡的菸，右手夾著點燃的菸，左手放進口袋準備掏錢，以國語問她「多少錢？」受日本教育只會講日、台語的林明珠一時沒有反應過來，沒想到，一旁的地痞混混見狀立刻在旁鼓譟、叫囂「有人呷免錢的菸！」 （在場的是公賣局的查緝私菸人員，並非阿兵哥。地痞混混在旁鼓譟滋事，並非事實）並且大聲呼喚附近的林江邁，「阿桑，有人欺負妳女兒喔！」 一群人立刻擁上，與阿兵哥拉扯，林明珠手上的菸跟著散落一地，就在語言不通及旁人起鬨下，衝突愈演愈烈。這時阿兵哥掏槍想要嚇退圍堵他的人，一舉起槍，尖銳的槍管剛好頂到了急著衝上前找女兒的林江邁的頭頂，一注鮮血立即順著她的臉流下， （林江邁的傷勢是被槍托打到的，而非不小心被槍管劃傷。）圍觀者情緒更加沸騰、激動。這時，被大人拉到一旁的林明珠聽到有人呼喊「阿桑，妳流血啦，還不快倒下！」「阿山仔，打人喔！」 事發後，林明珠立刻被送回龜山鄉下躲藏，從此失學，受傷的林江邁則是被送進附近徐外科診治。（ 林江邁是送到洪外科醫治，而非徐外科，徐外科應是指徐榜興外科，當時尚未開業。）林江邁在醫院住了沒幾天就倉皇出院，當時她並不知道，全台灣已經陷入了遍地烽火、風聲鶴唳之中，更沒想到的是，她就是那個點燃引信的導火線。從二二八那天起，國府才開始查緝私菸。 （查緝私菸並非自二二八事件之後才開始，陳儀政府施行專賣制度，處處與民爭利，因而走私時有所聞） 二二八風暴漸次平息後，林江邁從耳語得知賣菸糾紛演變成一場空前災難，但為了生計，仍繼續賣菸，此時她也拿到政府發放的菸牌， （林江邁在二二八事件發生之前已經有菸牌，不是無牌菸攤）林明珠也回到她的身邊。不過，自從二二八受傷後，林江邁就飽受氣喘纏身，身體狀況愈來愈差。 對林江邁折磨更深的不是身體的病痛，而是深鎖在心底、日夜啃噬的巨大秘密。很長一段時間，二二八是台灣社會的禁忌，林明珠不只一次追問她，「那一暝到底發生了什麼事？」也曾把在人們竊語中聽聞的「二二八事件」，好奇地拿來詢問母親。 （如果林明珠先前說法為真，當晚林明珠也在現場目擊，又怎麼不知道發生什麼事，為何多次追問林江邁事情經過？） （後略） 回頂端 綠汪汪 Blog | 留言板 媒體監督者 註冊時間: 2004-03-22 文章: 942 來自: 深藍特區 發表於: 2006/12/29 15:07 文章主題: ------------ --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- - 　　在十二月二十日聽到阮女士的訪問以後，實在壓抑不住心中的憤慨，與對舊黨國勢力竄改歷史的嫌惡，寫了好幾天，有以下的文章： 　　西元2006年十二月二十日晚上六點到七點, 在FM 89.3電台廣播節目裡, 電台節目主持人陳立宏先生訪阮美姝女士. 阮女士是二二八事件當中失蹤喪生阮朝日先生的長女.主要討論議題是針對由國民黨主導拍攝林明珠的紀錄片. 在片中林明珠公布她所謂 ”親自” 見到, 二二八事件爆發的 ”真相”. 林明珠是林江邁之女, 熟知二二八事件的都知道: 當年就是臺灣當局查緝私煙, 查緝人員打傷林江邁, 又誤傷一旁無辜市民陳文溪.( 陳隔日傷重不治), 最後甚至於用機槍掃射示威群眾才爆發. 阮美姝女士在2002年, 曾就二二八事件受害者與家屬出版” 幽暗角落的泣聲” , 因此阮美姝於2001年曾經訪問林明珠，據阮所言, 林明珠說她當年很小 ( 二二八事件發生時只有十歲 )，沒太多記憶，自己承認” 不在現場”. ( 寡婦幼女賣煙故然易博取同情, 但是她兩位哥哥哪裡去? 不在現場也比較合理. ) 建議阮美姝訪問她住在龜山的哥哥。阮美姝女士提到林明珠兩位哥哥, 分別在2003與2004年去世. 且林明珠很怕她哥哥, 甚至在給阮女士她哥哥地址時, 還告誡阮別講這是我說的. 據了解這是因哥哥對於林明珠嫁給外省人, 很不諒解. 　　　聯合報在2006年三月登出林明珠所謂關於二二八新事由的時候, 大家可能只當某報又再”練肖話” . 但是隨著所謂訪問林明珠紀錄片公開放映, 合併明年是二二八事件爆發六十年, 事情恐怕不像我們看的那麼單純. 林明珠為什麼等她哥哥都過世後, 才出面講她所謂二二八事件發生源由. 所幸阮女士訪問林明珠哥哥時, 據阮所言, 也有錄影, 否則豈非顛倒是非? 在廣播訪問節目中阮女士非常氣憤, 實在可以理解. 　　　自從在中學生歷史教科書教授二二八事件, 黨國舊勢力登時在氣勢上矮一截, 特別是想要終極統一, 希望在2008年選總統的馬英久, 面對台灣新興族群意識與認同 ( 我是臺灣人, 不是中國人. ) 自然要加以拆解, 特別是很明顯官逼民反的二二八事件. 如果就像是新拍紀錄片的觀點, 只是語言不通的誤會, 自然比起是因為兩岸長久分隔下, 歷史經驗不同所形成的藩籬更易解套. 不過也由於林明珠所言無中生有 ( 據林所述, 是士兵買煙, 語言不通引發誤解. ) , 新紀錄片漏洞百出. 如: 士兵帶槍出營區, 被民眾誤以為抽霸王煙(士兵素行不良, 所以就被誤會?)等等. 而且當時報刊記錄與事後法院針對六名查緝人員值勤不當的判決書都在, 難不成林明珠都要說這些都是謊言偽造? 　　　林肯說:” 你可以暫時欺騙所有的人, 也可以永遠欺騙一部份的人, 但是你不可能永遠欺騙所有的人. “ 黨國舊勢力怎會搞這實在很容易被拆穿的把戲? 就個人猜想: 恐怕是想建構一套能為他們服務的史觀. 今日台灣建設成果, 無疑是華人世界乃至全世界人類眼中一個亮點. 無奈在中國民族主義眼中, 這成就偏偏帶著濃厚東洋味. [2007-01-22 14:48:18] '是報復屠殺 不是官逼民反', ■ 陳儀深 元月二十日阿扁總統在自由廣場刊登〈回首民主來時路〉長文，對二二八事件著墨甚多，他說二二八事件是其後長達半個世紀黨國體制威權統治的序曲，它不是如同近來部分黨政人士所描述的「官逼民反」或因文化及語言隔閡所引發的警民衝突，阿扁總統認為：二二八事 ;件在本質上是對民主全面的否定，以及對人權徹底的戕害。 阿扁所謂部分黨政人士描述的官逼民反，應是指國民黨主席馬英九自去年以來對二二八事件的定位。二○○六年二月二十七日馬英九在一場研討會中說：二二八事件並不是族群衝突，而是官逼民反，這是當時大環境包括Ɓ 15;儀政府貪污腐敗所造成，國軍登台以後「處理上犯了很大的錯誤」。記得當時立刻有人投書給報紙對此說提出抗議，說他的親人、鄰居根本沒有「反」，也莫名其妙被拖去槍斃。換句話說，「官逼民反」並不能涵蓋當時加害、被害的全貌。 相對於一九四七年蔣介石、陳儀、柯遠 #33452;將二二八事件扯上「奸匪叛亂」，國防部長白崇禧、憲兵司令張鎮也認定為「叛國奪取政權」，作為鎮壓屠殺的藉口，解嚴以後由於檔案紛紛出土、口述史料愈來愈多，已經可以肯定二二八事件與共產黨或台獨的關係微小，民眾反抗的方式容或激烈，但訴求的高度主要是民主自Ė 35;、嚴懲凶手，期待南京政府對陳儀撤職查辦、改革省政等。去年台北市政府文化局委託製作的紀錄片中，見證人周青、陳明忠也認為二二八事件是官逼民反，馬英九可能受此影響，願意否定早期國民黨的官方說法，也可以說是一種善意。 不過，歷史事實和歷史教訓不應該混為一 #35527;。就事實而言，無法迴避二二八事件有族群衝突的一面，此點容另文申論。必須強調的是，國民黨的軍隊進入市區無差別掃射、以鐵絲貫穿手腳集體槍決、火車站前槍決示眾不准收屍等等，完全是「報復性屠殺」，監察委員丘念台在四月九日做成的報告亦稱「三月八日以後，軍Ť 86;擴大屠殺」，可見所謂官逼民反的說法太避重就輕，有各打五十大板、兩面討好的嫌疑。 握有公權力的政府，對於要求改革的無組織的民眾進行報復性屠殺，事後不但沒有任何軍政首長受到究辦，而且紛紛記功升官，這就是二二八事件最核心的性質定位。如果大家可以接受這個 #32080;論，那麼中正紀念堂還可以那樣巍然矗立嗎？國民黨還可以阻擋國家人權紀念館的設立嗎？家纏萬貫的國民黨不必負起賠償責任嗎？希望阿扁總統和馬英九都能回答這個問題。 （本文作者係中央研究院近代史研究所副研究員） "" #1. I was one of the witnesses while attending Tai-pak Kian-kok Tiong-hak as a 8th grader when the incident broke off on Tai-pak street on Feb.28, 1947. I saw various sgtreet fighting scenes in Tai-pak, but indiscriminatory shooting of the people in the street of Taipei by the newly arrived Chinese troops from China were frightening and real and made the incident grew into a destructive ending which continued with the White Terror for subsequent decades. Some of my elder brother's friends who were then together attending Tai-pak Ko-teng Hak-hau (which later became Taiwan Provincial Teacher's College on Ho-ping East Street.) were arrested and disappeared for attending a mass meeting at Tai-pak Tiong-shan-tng. My elder brother escaped after attending the same meeting and he hided above the ceiling of our Japanese style home from time to time for fear of being caught. It was just a few months after I was transferred to join my elder brother from Tai-tiong First Middle School to Tai-pak Kian-kok Middle School. All Taiwanese must support Prof. Chen's research findings and support all the efforft to get the history straightened out so that the true reconciliation may be possible and hopeful which is an essential step for building an independent new democratic nation of Taiwan. " I could testify to that fact with my personal witnesses, however, such anti-Japanese elements existed and could be regarded only as a minor element in being a contributing cause for the 228 Incident, or such element will be used by KMT people to "justify" their mass killing of Taiwanese people as "unfortunate, miss-conceived enemy killing" to lessen their true responsibility. In short, if we mistakenly consider "anti-Japanese element" as an important element, we lose our sight of identifying the true souls of the massacre committed by Chinese military authority against Taiwanese under Chiang Kai-shek’s regime. Because Taiwan was truly their last "haven, a hiding place" from their archenemy, the Communist, they must eliminate Taiwanese, especially those who potentially have the leadership abilities, who could become their terrible obstacles of enforcing their repressive rule supported by the Martial Law to ensure their own survival. Now let me share my personal account of Chinese people's strong "Anti-Japanese" mentality which was uninhibitedly exposed by Chinese school teachers in general and by Chinese military officers in particular. It was sometime during the first year of Chinese school system in 1945-1946 after the fall semester begun in September 1945 under Chinese rule after the World War II. I was among all my classmates to repeat our first year of middle school education. We were all enrolled as a freshman at the middle school on April 1 of 1945 under the Japanese educational system. But the war ended in August 1945 after a couple of atomic bombs were dropped in Hiroshima and Nagasaki in Japan by U.S. bombers . Taiwan came under the Chinese rule, so was the school system in September 1945. We had to repeat our first semester in September under the Chinese. Then in our Second semester one day, the Chinese teachers at the Morning Assembly of the whole student body which was held in the morning in the sports ground discovered quite many students of us were wearing the shoes (which were made of rubber and clothe) which were commonly used and worn by middle school students as well as military people during the war. I do usually wear those shoes as well. But luckily that particular day I was wearing something else. Apparently those shoes caught the attention of Chinese teachers and military officers. We were all at our shocking surprise in witnessing those angry teachers and military officers who were so irritated by seeing those "enemy shoes" covering our foot. They called those who wore such military shoes to step out from their lines and demanded in shouting at them to take off their shoes at once, and asked them to stand in line to reflect on "how they were sorry for not knowing being wrong" in failing to know the enemy's shoes. I don't remember the details of how the matter was eventually taken care of in settling the incident. We still have a long way toward our full settlement of gthe inhustices commited by KMT regime, its power holders against the victimes of 228 incident and those affected for years and decades in prison as well as victims under house arrest and prolonged harrassment. But I do pray that we all need to have a loving heart to forgive our former enemy when the case get settled with all the facts became known and those who were guilty brought to justice under the law with lesser degree of inhuman punishment acceptable by those victims and the public. I have several other ncases involving my own father and uncles who were harrassed and threatened by a group of mis-led Chinese military officers before the 228 incident. I do not wish to share those painful stories for resurrecting pains in my mind. But I do hope President A-Bian's recent public statement which addfressed the unsettled 228 incident on the eve of its 60th anniversary will be a good move. With regards, Ed Tanng "" #4. Weller's comparison of civil society in Taiwan and in the PRC focused on business organizations, religious groups, environmental movements, and women's networks, synthesizing a wealth of detail about "horizontal associations" (i.e., associations between equals in contrast to vertical relationships to the state apparatus or the deference to and domination by elders within families). Weller justly claims that "by comparing China with the vibrant democracy that has developed over the last decade in Taiwan, I show how civil society can grow out of Chinese cultural roots and authoritarian institutions. "He is not so rash as to argue that a vibrant civil society and democracy will necessarily blossom in China, only that the often invoked essential need for authoritarian rule has been disconfirmed. It seems to me that, like most American social scientists who look through Taiwan to see China (whether a past or future one), Weller underestimates the extent of non-Chinese influences on Taiwan, including not only 20th-century Japanese and then American ones, but that Taiwan was incorporated into production for export in the early 17th century by European footholds (on an island never completed controlled by any imperial Chinese dynasty). That Union of African States would have the leverage in international relations to change for the better how Africans see themselves and how Africans are seen. The African Union, the current all-African body that is establishing itself to speak for, negotiate for and work for such African unification, has invited the Diaspora to join that process as voting members with 53 continental African countries in order to move as quickly as possible toward that future. We, in the Diaspora, must organize ourselves in an unprecedented way in order to accept that invitation. The process of Diasporan organization- -from the community-based and grass roots levels to the Black intellectual and well-heeled levels--is underway. In every state in the USA, the move is on to conduct widely publicized Town Hall gatherings to educate Black folk on what this invitation means, to elect a Community Council of Elders, and to begin to nominate experienced Black activists to be elected African Union Representatives. This is very serious business folks. On January 6th, at White Rock Baptist Church in Harlem, from 2 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., New York held its Town Hall meeting. A coalition of community-based (civil society) groups, led by the Ghana Nkwanta Project organization, publicized the gathering for two months via the Internet, phone calls, newspaper columns, radio broadcasts, flyers, word-of-mouth, etc. For over five hours representatives from the Pan Afrikan Organizing Committee and WHADN (Western Hemispheric African Diasporan Network) dialogued with regular community residents and members of various Black-oriented groups such as the African National Pioneer Movement, the UNIA-ACL., N'COBRA, the Black Panther Party, the Nation of Islam, from all five boroughs, and from both upstate and central New York (and Maryland). The Kuumba Reporter was there (bringing in Harambee Radio) as was the New York Beacon. After and during a consistently lively discussion, a set of Minimum Qualifications for the Community Council of Elders was agreed upon through African consensus, then a fifteen-member CCOE was immediately elected, a set of Minimum Qualifications for New York's African Representatives was agreed upon, and 25 people from all over New York were nominated. It was agreed that on January 27th, the CCOE would meet again and finish planning out the rest of the process. Anyone who wants to nominate himself/herself or someone else from New York should get in touch with Sister Adunni at (718-448-8490) , or Brother Ali at (917-748-7130) by or before January 27th. His comments were made in written testimony to the Senate Intelligence Committee as part of his annual threat assessment. Negroponte also said that Iraq was at a violent and "precarious juncture," he stressed concern over an increasingly confident Hizbollah and outlined a series of other threats to the United States, including from Somalia, Iran and Syria. Negroponte became the first National Intelligence director in April 2005 but is shortly due to move to the state department where he will become Condoleezza Rice's deputy. President Bush last week named retired Navy Vice Admiral Mike McConnell to replace Negroponte as the new chief of intelligence. McConnell said he would work to increase the coordination between the nation's 16 different spy agencies. Somalia's statelessness had defeated even the world's only hyperpower, the United States, when it had intervened militarily to restore order. Fourth Generation war theorists, myself included, frequently pointed to Somalia as an example of the direction in which other places were headed. '' '' How will it all turn out? My guess is that in Somalia as elsewhere, the dependence of the wanna-be state on foreign troops will prove fatal. In the end, Fourth Generation wars are contests for legitimacy, and no regime established by foreign intervention can gain much legitimacy. 'Massacre in March 1947 Taiwan': http://tinyurl.com/y8wc3s "" Tuesday, January 2, 2007 以下是有關1947年二二八事件中消失的菁英之一,郭章垣醫師之遇害情形. 部份資料由同一案件中另一被害人葉風鼓次子葉朝清提供. .................................................................... 主旨:(首次) 向宜蘭檢查署暨高等法院檢察署檢舉綁架謀殺滅屍等犯罪 (12-30-2006) 事關民國三十六年三月十五日至十九日間發生在宜蘭頭城媽祖廟 廟埕上, 包括宜蘭省立醫院院長郭章垣等七位公務人員遭市長朱 正 宗等會同情治軍警及駐軍利用台北二二八之大時代動亂而在無 拘捕令或任何法定程序下,設計謀,用圈套,加以綁架, 謀殺, 滅屍, 公 報私仇之大慘案.本人乃故 郭公章垣之唯一遺腹子女,成長於兩蔣 時代超越三十八年之戒嚴威權政體之下,伸訴無門.唯自 李前總統 時期, 整個案件業已經行政院二二八專案小組調查定論,其結論謂 宜蘭頭城事件係地方駐軍私自為之, 未經任何法律程序. 其前後本 人亦不只一次向監察院立案請求調查, 歷經 李總統執政時之張德 銘委員, 繼之有 陳總統執政初期之李伸一委員暨呂儒文調查員接 案, 延宕多年因而終於有民國九十二年間, 錢復監察院長函寄本人 之調查報告, (92) 院台國字第0922100385號公文, 調查報告亦指 出 郭故院長並無犯罪行為.事件雖已年代幾屆一甲子, 然朱正宗尚 在, 當時諸多見證者,或尚建在,當時諸多見證者,或尚健在, 或已駕 鶴西歸, 無不留下諸多口述歷史證詞, 張文義與沈秀華合著之”噶 瑪蘭二二八”一書便是最佳例證. 今年(西元2006)二月始出爐, 張 炎憲國史館館長等所出版之”二二八事件責任歸屬研究報告”亦針 對此案有所著墨, 謂朱正宗一人之說詞與眾人大有出入.最原始之 有關此案之描述則由”被出賣的台灣”一書原著者, 當年任美國駐 台副領事之柯喬治 (George Kerr), 根據聯合國救濟總署 (UNRRA) 派往宜蘭實地堪察省立宜蘭醫院戰後復建評估工作而與 郭故院 長夫婦相交如故之英籍醫師賀须氏(Dr. Hirschy)於獲知 郭長被朱 正宗市長等大陸籍官員士兵謀殺時, 寫信交由當時駐台之美國領 事館, 向上陳報事件之文件, 因而柯喬治於其英文原著第306頁有 一段描述宜蘭 (GILAM) 事件之記錄 (Formosa Betrayed, reference XIV, note 6) .又本人偶然於民國九十三年參訪設立不久之國家檔 案館根據立法院甫通過之檔案解密法而解密之二二八檔案, 首次 發現朱正宗市長當年誣陷 郭院長之文件 (附件),唯文件發文日期 遭到塗滅,推理之應係謀殺事前誣陷 郭院長等人所為,若是事後, 斷 無未有包括其管轄內包括葉風鼓等另六名公務人員一起被坑屍事 之向上呈報之理.同案件另有林金春君, 時任郵電局電信課長, 因拒 為朱市長發出不實電報, 遭一起綁架, 後因與執行綁架殺人任務之 團長係為舊識而由其鬆綁放之, 得以倖免於難, 然林君其後遭刑求 拘禁十幾天釋回, 又於白色恐怖時期遭超越二十年之長期牢獄災 難. 郭故院長夫人, 現居美國芝加哥, 回憶此事, 均指宜蘭地區於二二八 事件期間, 地方平靜, 大陸籍朱市長等公務人員係由事件地方仕紳盧 纘祥保護, 安全無事. 地方上本欲推盧纘祥任處理委員會主席, 忽然 於三月五日(二十一師自福建沿海出發之日)以地方有派系, 硬推甫 自日本學成歸國, 嘉義縣籍, 赴任一年不到, 且馬不停蹄, 忙於醫務及 霍亂時疫之郭院長為主席, 渠等預謀殺害之設計顯而易見. 郭院長 出任省立宜蘭醫院雖只十個月上下, 然憑其醫者救人本職, 繼之為宜 蘭霍亂時疫鞠躬盡瘁, 活人上百, 頗得人緣. 事隔四十年, 猶有胡清正 等為文感恩之(附件). 當時任記者,現任政大之馬起華教授亦曾報導 (省政府文獻輯錄,附件) 郭故院長且曾設救護站, 不分省籍, 救護宜 蘭空軍機場零星學生衝突之受傷者. 郭夫人提起宜蘭事件, 每每言道, 郭院長如若有不法行為, 政府亦 當循法律程序, 大白天前來拘拿之, 法律審問之, 公然定罪之. 何以 大半夜以短槍打破門窗強行進入醫生宿舍, 並以郭院長本人的領 帶將其雙眼覆之,綁架擄人而去 (同遭槍抵制者除院長夫人外, 尚 有聞聲趕至之蔡陽昆醫師), 且在十二至二十四小時不到之內, 將 下列七人殺之並坑屍之, 其慘無人道之行徑, 無異著制服之土匪, 法理, 天理難容. 遭難者: "" #0-2. By insisting on the illusion that is the "status quo" and the establishment of direct links with China, Bush is pushing Taiwan into China's arms. At the international level and within the halls of the UN, Bush has expressly maintained that Taiwan is part of China. The only possible source of help for Taiwan which will ensure its rightful status is the US judicial system, for there resides a valuable instrument called the US Taiwan Relations Act (TRA). '新年四舊／ＫＭＴ、統媒、立法院、司法藍剝', ＜曹長青專欄＞, [自由時報], [2006-12-31 19:40:02]: http://tinyurl.com/ylh9y3 "" 中國人糟蹋台灣人 "" "" 在「新年快樂」的祝福聲中，今天跨入了二 ○○七年。對於台灣來說，今年具有特殊的意義：它是二二八事件六十週年，也是一九八七年解除戒嚴二十週年。 六十年前那場屠殺，標誌國民黨用暴力在台灣建立了蔣家王朝。而解除戒嚴後這二十年 ，台灣則開放黨禁報禁，一步步成為民主國家。 台灣的民主獨立之路，像立陶宛三國、烏克蘭、東帝汶、蒙特內哥羅等國家一樣，也是反獨裁專制和反種族壓迫並駕齊驅、密不可分，因為國民黨不僅施行獨裁專制，同時蔣介石帶到台灣的部分外省精英，自視貴族和主子，長期以來歧視和欺辱本地人。 今天，雖然結束戒嚴二十年了，但族群問題不僅沒有解決，反而由於雙方公開針鋒相對而更清晰化了。本來台灣人、中國人同長相、同膚色，歧視問題應該隨專制垮台而迅速消失，之所以沒有，主要是台灣和平演變留下的嚴重後遺症所導致。舊勢力雖失去政權，但在四個領域仍 0308;上風，而這種「佔上風」助長了他們的傲慢和霸氣： 一是曾專制了半個多世紀的國民黨不僅沒垮台、沒遭清算，甚至還擁有黨庫通國庫時攫取的巨大黨產。有龐大資源，當然就有人才和競選優勢。 二是由於國民黨沒垮台，導致泛藍媒體仍然可以囂張地繼續黨國時期的洗腦和打壓，甚至為國民黨聯中制台、終極統一鳴「媒」開道 5307;二者相互扶持，可謂頗有成效。 三是龐大黨產加上藍媒助陣，於是有了立法院泛藍佔多數的現狀。 四是舊體系因國民黨的繼續生存而延續，於是泛藍保持了在司法界的主導權。前法務部長陳定南說，法官的藍綠是七比三；從近日七百多檢察官連署支持張熙懷來估算，藍綠甚至 ;接近八比二，因而可以利用司法「合法」地制裁綠營。這一切的根源在於國民黨沒倒台。 本土政黨執政後，既沒有清算國民黨，也沒有要求他們為那數不清的罪孽道歉，更沒有追查、懲罰當年那些殺害、迫害台灣人的凶手。國民黨本來應該內心有愧，夾著尾巴做人。但事實卻相反，他們背靠共產紅色大樹，居然越來越囂張，真是本末倒置！ 最近，「中國時報」惱羞成怒地發表聲明攻擊民進黨主席游錫堃，就是因為他像「國王的新衣」中那個孩子一樣，勇敢地說出真實：紅衫軍倒扁等種種亂像，就是「中國人糟蹋台灣人」。 台灣人要真正結束被歧視、被糟蹋的歷史，不會比二十年來的民主之路更容易。它需要更多的台灣人像游錫堃那樣，勇敢地發出不平之聲。今天，更多的台灣人站出來支持游錫堃，就是支持、維護台灣人在自己的家園做人的尊嚴！ 紀念「二二八」六十週年，應該從拒絕繼續被在台中國人踐踏開始，從毫不妥協地捍衛自己的權利開始！ ""
