I agree that the Universal Human Rights laws is perhaps the way to go. Is it at least partially subscribed by the US? Since, the American laws has to treat all treaties and international laws subscribed by the US as part of the American laws, the American courts are legally required to abide by all American laws and international laws subscribed by the US. Hence, the gross violation of Taiwanese universal human rights cannot be ruled as "political" matters? And, the reason of [No solution in the court] due to the issue is or are the political is used by Uncle Sam to request the court to dismiss the case.
