Build a website so we can free ourselves from the grips of Yahoo.If any of you are proficent in HTML, Dreamweaver, or any other program(maybe Flash? Imagine a Flash secession site--COOL!) please let meknow. I would like to continue the Yahoo Group and use it as anintroduction piece. But, I have quickly learned that the datalimitations on Yahoo will be too constraining for all the things I'dlike to eventually post. 4. Begin newspaper feeds--start with small mostly internet based newsforums. Later we can move on to print. 5. Begin discussion of more current events. I might have pooh-poohedthis before, and for that I am sorry, but I think we should restartand talk about the news again. If we need to bitch about Bush, thePatriot Act, or Businesses moving out to the coutry, let's do so.However, I asks everyone to use caution in not making posts sound lifethreatening (we shouldn't feel like we need to rush, and if Pacificstates and provinces ever secede, rebuilding will be required).Instead, let's analyze the news and compare news events with theconcepts of nationalism, disaffection, self-determination,representation, etc. 6. Have "Chat" meetings. We have a chat option on this webpage and Ithink we all need to pick a day when we can do that. 7. Revamp the introduction on the webpage and create a newintroduction letter. From my perspective, I want this organization tobe one that supports secession, will study secession as an option, butwill not actively pursue it until we have "all the bugs" out of thesystem. Like I have said before, I'd rather this organization be thestart of a research and community development group as opposed to anaction group.
