Now I think our Taiwanese level of freedom and the rule of laws is such that we don't have to be afraid, even if the ROC President Chen resigned in appropriate and wise way. I don't know whether the prosecuter Chen is legal or constitutional to investigate and implicate the President in his prosecution. But, I think he, as a very consienteous prosecutor and a deeply committed green comrade of the President, that he is sincere in his desire to help to establish and protect our nation. And, frankly I don't know whether the President is innocent or not, once he allowed to be investigated (which maybe unconstitutional as the President?) But, I agree with Dr. Lee that he and all Taiwanese citizens could seriously examine, discuss, and seek all alternatives, including resignation or temporary leave. That's why I have repeatedly suggested here also that it is all our Taiwanese citizens' moral and legal responsibility to get justice SOON on 228 massacre and the white terror rule of the KMT.
