Mom tel. in hurry desiring me to drive her to Hsiang's place to discuss about Chiu's presentation of need for reparing Two-city St. building, Hsiang's tel busy probably from using computer, tel. Ju to discover it's about roof leaking, so told her about last year's repair and 3-year gurantee for her to tel mom, just tel Ju, her Hiro had gone to driving school and mom still desiring Hsiang's, but mom tel she tel Hsiang already, I advised mom to tel Chiu about guranteed repair, now 4:04pm. Ju told me her $5 tel card, tel and 1 hour 41 minutes left, got Chiu going there and ok'd my suggestion of invoking 3-year gurantee of not leaking! All back home after 7pm.
